We ride two-seater ATVs with a 500cc engine, 4x4 drive and an automatic gearbox. Every machine has high and low range and a winch, and the routes around Zlatitsa and Pirdop run through forest tracks, mud, rocks and inclines.
How powerful are the ATVs?
The machines are 500cc. That is powerful enough for real off-road terrain while staying easy to handle for beginners.
Are the ATVs automatic?
Yes. The machines have an automatic gearbox and no clutch. You ride with throttle and brake only, so you can focus on the trail instead of the gears.
Are the machines two-seater, can two people ride together?
Yes, every machine is a two-seater. One person drives and the other rides along on the same machine. The driver plus passenger price is listed separately for each tour.
Do the ATVs have 4x4 and a winch?
Yes. All machines have 4x4 drive, high and low range and a winch, which helps on mud, rocks and the steeper sections of the route.
Do I need a driving licence or experience to ride?
No. No driving licence and no previous experience are required. We give a short briefing before every tour and a guide stays with the group along the whole route.
What is the minimum age to ride an ATV solo?
The minimum age for riding solo is 16. Children under 16 can ride as a passenger on the same machine with an adult companion.
How much does it cost to ride one of the ATVs?
Prices depend on the tour length: from 30 EUR for a 30-minute tour solo up to 170 EUR for a 210-minute tour for two on one machine. Every price includes the machine, the equipment and a guide along the route.
